Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- ½ cup dairy-free milk
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- Pinch of salt
- Splash vanilla extract
- Vine to Bar Dark Chocolate Bar with Tart Cherry + Cacao Nibs, chopped
- Butter and maple syrup, to serve
- Optional – 1 scoop WellVine Real Food Smart Prebiotic
Directions
- In a high-speed blender combine the oats, milk, baking powder, egg, salt, and vanilla. Blend until smooth. If the mixture is too thick/not pourable, add more milk.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add just enough coconut oil or butter to coat the pan.
- Once hot, pour about ¼ cup of batter into the pan. Sprinkle a few pieces of the chopped chocolate onto the batter.
- Once the edges begin to bubble, about 2 minutes, flip the pancake and cook for another minute or until cooked through. Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Top with butter and pure maple syrup and enjoy!
