Dark Chocolate Almond Granola | Vine to Bar

Ingredients 

• ¼ cup coconut oil

• ¼ pure maple syrup

• 1 scoop WellVine Nutrient Boosting Blend

• 2 cups oats

• 2 tbsp chia

• 2 tbsp flax

• ½ tsp salt

• 1 bag Vine to Bar Chocolate Covered Almonds, chopped

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Melt the coconut oil and maple syrup in a small saucepan until combined.

3. Pour the melted oil and syrup into a large mixing bowl. Add the nutrient boosting blend and whisk until combined.

4. Add the oats, chia, flax, and salt. Stir until everything is completely combined.

5. Spread onto the lined baking sheet and spread evenly. Bake for 15 minutes, then stir, and bake for another 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool.

6. Sprinkle the chopped chocolate covered almonds and toss with the granola.

7. Serve as desired and enjoy!
