Ingredients
- 8 medjool dates, pitted and sliced open lengthwise
- Creamy peanut butter
- Peanuts
- 8 Vine to Bar Dark Chocolate Tasting Squares, chopped
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Flaky salt
Directions
- Stuff each date with a small spoonful of peanut butter, followed by a few peanuts. Place into the freezer while you prepare the chocolate.
- Melt the chocolate in a double broiler with the coconut oil. Once completely melted, remove from the heat.
- Dip the stuffed dates into the chocolate and place on a lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with flaky salt, and place in the freezer to set for about 20 minutes.
- Once the chocolate has set, enjoy! Store in the freezer for best texture.
